The Buena Vista Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary

On February 28, 1947 a meeting was held to organize the Ladies Auxiliary to the Buena Vista Volunteer Fire Company. The Auxiliary was formed for the purpose of assisting the Firemen in Community projects, principally for the children of the community and the member's families.
